The property is located on the road connecting Como and Menaggio, a few steps from the town center and only 300 meters from the "Lido" of Ossuccio, a hamlet of the municipality of Tremezzina overlooking the "Zoca de l'Oli", a quiet cove in front of the Comacina Island.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge, freezer, capsule coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenware and wine glasses), dining table and 50-inch TV;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed;
- BATHROOM with sink (in the anteroom), shower, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: AC, unlimited wifi, fan, independent heating, wardrobe, insect screens, drying rack and hairdryer.
Private parking space in the rear courtyard.

In the rear courtyard there is a deposit for sports equipment available to guests.
