The space
Comfortable studio apartment of approximately 25 m2 is located on the third floor of an elegant historic building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). We also point out the presence of stairs at the entrance.
The accommodation is made up as follows:

KITCHENETTE: has a dining area, fridge, freezer, hob, combined microwave oven, electric kettle, moka and kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM: Bathroom with shower, toilet.

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited WiFi, air conditioning, Smart TV, independent heating with heat pump, washing machine, vertical iron, hairdryer.
