Comfortable apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people, located on the first floor of a villa, just 5 minutes by car from the sea and the historic center, and 8 minutes from the Tourist Port. It has every essential service for a pleasant stay, including two parking spaces and a private balcony from which you can enjoy an enchanting view of the city and, in the distance, of the sea. The large equipped garden, also with a view, is also available to share with the other guests of the villa.
The 43 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a villa without elevator: it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it. The whole house is shared with other apartments, with which the apartment shares the large outdoor garden equipped with tables and chairs.
ATTENTION: on one side of the house and on the balcony there is a scaffolding for painting the external facade of the villa. However, the works are suspended for the summer period, so the stay will not be disturbed.
The interior space is organized as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, non-electric kettle, toaster, manual juicer, electric oven combined with microwave, split AC and TV
- Bedroom I with queen bed, queen sofa bed, TV and wardrobe
- Bedroom II with two single beds and wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower
- Private balcony.
Additional facilities available for the guests: two parking spaces, UNLIMITED WIFI, washing machine, independent heating, fan, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO STORE YOUR BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS FROM 11 AM, AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE CLEANING IS FINISHED.
At the time of check-in we will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore we will be asked to show a valid document.
Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.
The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 7 nights, as required by the municipality of Chiavari.
Pearl of Tigullio, Chiavari is one of the best known and most renowned towns of the eastern Genoese, located in the center of a large gulf overlooked by splendid cities not to be missed: the enchanting Portofino, the elegant Santa Margherita Ligure, the famous Rapallo, among the others. Cinque Terre, with the wonderful fishing villages famous all over the world and the National Park full of hiking trails and activities are a short distance away, reachable by sea or with the very comfortable regional trains.
Chiavari is a city on a human scale, ideal for any type of holiday. The coast is characterized by long beaches of fine sand, easily accessible from the seafront, where you can stroll among bars, ice cream parlors and restaurants. Through numerous underpasses, you can easily reach the historic center, characteristic with its nineteenth-century arcades and the typical alleys dotted with shops, restaurants and trattorias. Do not miss a visit to the wonderful Palazzo Rocca, the lush botanical garden and the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora dell’Orto, inspired by the Pantheon in Rome. A visit to the Ligurian hinterland is also recommended, which will win you over with its small restored villages, terraced crops and delicious local products.
- From Genoa Piazza Principe station, it is possible to reach the apartment by regional train to Chiavari station and then by bus line 10 from Piazza Madonna Dell'Orto, final stop in Via Per Maxena.
- From Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by regional train from Genoa Cornigliano station (10 minutes on foot from the airport) to Chiavari station and then by bus line 10 from Piazza Madonna Dell ' Orto, final stop in Via Per Maxena.
