The accommodation consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, flat-screen TV and chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe, desk and flat-screen TV;
- BATHROOM I with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower box (raised), sink and toilet;
- BALCONY with table and chairs (access from the kitchen).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the two bedrooms and in the kitchen), independent heating, insect screens, iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine (in the kitchen) and hairdryer.

The apartment is for an exclusive use of the Guests.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Florence Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.
