The apartment is located in the Traffic restricted Area.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas stove, dining table, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and ceiling fan;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, and ceiling fan;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, and portable fan;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, independent heating, portable fan, two ceiling fans (kitchen and bedroom I), washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, and vertical iron.

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have an elevator - the apartment is on the first floor. Please be aware that the apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 12am.

- Siena Station is 5.8 km from the apartment. The most convenient way to reach the accommodation is by taxi (14 minutes); alternatively, you can take a bus that departs from the station every 5 minutes and reaches the city center in 5 minutes. The station is a 31-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, you can park at the "Il Campo" paid parking lot on Via di Fontanella, just a 9-minute walk from the property. Please be aware that the apartment is located in a ZTL (limited traffic zone).
