Cozy apartment of 45 sqm, can accommodate up to 3 people, located on the second floor of a building without elevator. We are in the historic center, a few steps from Via San Siro and Via Garibaldi. The area is quiet and full of all the basic services. Genoa Aquarium and Port are 8 minutes' walk from the property.
The area is pedestrian - you can’t drive to the accommodation. It is possible to park at Minerva Park (4 minutes walk).

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV and split A/C;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and dining table;
- BEDROOM I with double bed;
- BEDROOM II with single bed;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating via fancoil (one in each room), air conditioning (a split in the living room), drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The area is pedestrian - it is NOT possible to reach the accommodation by car. It is possible to park for a fee at Minerva Park, a 4-minute walk from the property.

We report the presence of work in progress downstairs, the work will be carried out every day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, except Saturday.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.

The apartment is located in the completely modernized port area, in the uniqueness of the alleys of Genoa, small narrow streets typical of Ligurian architecture that offer evocative views of extraordinary beauty. The main points of interest can be reached with a ten-minute walk towards the city center, while the unmissable Aquarium of Genoa is 8 minutes on foot away.
Near the flat you can find many taverns and restaurants offering typical Genoese cuisine combined with fresh fish dishes. The area is also served by all kinds of services for a comfortable stay.

- From Genova Principe Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 10 minutes by underground from the "Principe" stop (4 minutes walk from the station) to the "Darsena" stop (1 stop), a 5 minute walk from the house.

- If you are traveling by car, the apartment cannot be reached by car (pedestrian area): the closest paid parking is the "Minerva Park" in Piazza Bandera, a 5-minute walk from the flat.
