Cozy apartment of approximately 61 m2, located on the ground floor of a renovated period building WITHOUT a lift (steps to access it). The apartment is located in the beating heart of the city (Restricted Traffic Zone), a few meters from Via Saragozza, where the elegant porticoes leading to San Luca start. A few steps from the main tourist attractions such as Palazzo Albergati, the Basilica of San Domenico and the Corpus Domini Sanctuary. Less than 500m from bars, restaurants and craft shops.

The internal space
The 61 sqm accommodation is located on the ground floor of an ancient building WITHOUT a lift (one high step onto the street and one step from the atrium of the building to access the private area).

The internal space is composed as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM with double bed and French double bed, small wardrobe, sofa, TV and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- SMALL OUTDOOR COURTYARD with table and chairs.

Further services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating with heat pump, split air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom), washing machine, hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

N.B.: The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 -6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- FROM THE AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service to the Central Station and then with bus line 33 from the "Stazione Centrale" stop (6 minutes walk from the station) to the "Petrarca" stop 550 meters from the 'apartment.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the apartment is located in the Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL in Italian), entry is allowed ONLY with the payment of a daily ticket (risk of getting a FINE).

Street parking is paid on blue lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, you can park for a fee at the Autorimessa Capramozza in Via Capramozza 4, just 1 minute walk from the property or at the Staveco car park in Viale Enrico Panzacchi 10, just 12 minutes walk from the property.
