The 55 sqm studio apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift (5 steps to access it).

The internal space is composed as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with kitchenette (induction hob, small fridge, moka, kettle, small oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, two armchairs that become two loungers, wardrobe, dining table, 45 TV ", split A/C and access to the two terraces;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet, washing machine and access to the terrace;
- THREE TERRACES (two accessible from the living room and one from the bathroom).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket WIFI, independent heating, split air conditioning, clothesline, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

ATTENTION. Two additional beds are noted. The two armchairs in the living room become sunbeds and are suitable for children/young people up to 14-15 years old.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22.00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check in after 00:00, even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Description of the area
Located along the Adriatic coast, near the mouth of the Aterno river, Pescara is one of the most famous cities in Abruzzo. It is full of unmissable monuments, such as the Cathedral of San Cetteo where you can see Guercino's San Francesco and the Romanesque Church of the Sacred Heart. The heart of the historic center of Pescara is the lively Piazza della Rinascita, the hub of city life and its main events, and the best point from which to start to discover Pescara and its major attractions. Finally, a visit to Casa D'Annunzio, where the famous writer was born, and to the Ponte del Mare, among the main symbolic monuments of the most modern Pescara, is not to be missed.
The accommodation is located in a strategic area: less than 1km from the central station, and a few steps from Piazza Salotto and the pedestrian area of ​​the city. The wonderful seafront of Pescara is located 900 meters (13 minutes on foot) from the accommodation. All main services are a short distance from the property.

- From Pescara Centrale station: it is possible to reach the apartment in about 11 minutes with the TUA Spa bus - Line 7 from the "Pescara-TERMINAL BUS" stop, just 2 minutes on foot, and then get off at the "Pescara- Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 3", just 2 minutes walk from the property. Alternatively, you can reach the accommodation on foot in just 14 minutes (1 km).

- If you travel by car, you can park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) in the streets adjacent to the property or on blue lines (for a fee). Alternatively, you can park for a fee at the "Area Risulta central car park" in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 273, just an 11-minute walk from the property.
