Cozy 84 sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the raised ground floor of a three-storey building (steps to access it). The property is located in the beating heart of Catania, in one of the main streets of the city, with many shops and services, at the same time only 500 meters from the seafront.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small private garden.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, kettle, moka coffee maker, microwave oven, electric oven, toaster, kitchenware and dining table;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, table, TV, two armchairs and access to the small garden;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, desk, chest of drawers and clothes stand;
- BEDROOM II with single bed, single bed on the mezzanine (stairs to access) and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet;
- SMALL GARDEN with table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the double bedroom and in the living room), independent heating, washing machine (in the laundry room), fan, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: if you are traveling with children, pay particular attention to the stairs to access the garden and to access the mezzanine with the single bed.

PLEASE NOTE: it is strictly forbidden to organize parties and/or meetings in the internal or external spaces of the apartment.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents and to pay the city tax (€2,00 per person per night of stay) via our Guest Portal.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The apartment is located in an extremely central position, along Corso Italia, one of the main shopping streets of the city. Nearby it is possible to find all the main services, including a pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The seafront is only 500 meters away, the first free beaches are 700 meters away, while within 1 km it is possible to find several equipped beaches.
The attractions of the historic center, including the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the Roman Amphitheater and Villa Bellini can be reached in a few minutes by public transport (bus stop 100 meters away, underground stops 500 meters away).

- For those traveling by car: street parking available for a fee (blue lines) near the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Europa Parking, in Piazza Europa, a 6-minute walk from the property, open 24 hours a day.
