The apartment located on the mezzanine floor of a group of buildings, consists of a 40sqm studio divided into a living area with kitchenette equipped with hob, gas oven, microwave and kettle and sleeping area with queen bed and double sofa bed, additional folding bed. Toilet with bidet and shower box. At guests' disposal: unlimited WI-FI, 42 '' TV, split AC. Possibility of a cot, to be requested upon reservation.
Private outdoor area with table and chairs. Large shared outdoor area with children's playground, swimming pool (open from May 15th to October 15th) with opening hours in the morning 9AM-2PM and in the afternoon 4PM-10PM.
Parking included outdoors in front of the gate of the property.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.
