Penelope Seaview Apartment

This spacious seafront 150 square meters apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, the apartment has a garden overlooking the sea, with a stunning view and private access to the sea on a neighbors shared platform.
In the area it is possible to find free or paid parking slot in the surrounding streets.
The building is equipped with a video surveillance system.

-BEDROOM 3: two single beds, split A/C, wardrobe.
-BATHROOM 1: shower, bidet, wc.

-LIVING AREA: split A/C, two sofas, piano, TV, access to the garden.
-KITCHENETTE: 5-burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, toaster and moka.
-GARDEN: gazebo, dining table and outdoor chairs, two deckchairs for sunbathing.
FURTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

If you are traveling with small children, please pay attention to the sea access area.
PLEASE NOTE: parking on the patio is strictly forbiden, the area is reserved to residents.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

The apartment is located halfway between Catania city center and Aci Castello, in an ideal position both to visit the historic city center (remaining outside of the busy city) and to enjoy the city northern coastline, with the possibility of easily reaching shores and solarium in the area.
Nearby you should visit the Aci Castle (5 km) and the famous Riviera dei Ciclopi (6.5 km). This small archipelago takes its name from a legend, according to which the stacks and other rocks located in front of Aci Trezza are the stones thrown by the Cyclops Polyphemus against Ulysses in flight, as told in Omero's Odyssey.
Moving towards the center of Catania, 15 minutes away by car, you can visit some of the main points of interest in the city and the entire region.
Do not miss the Piazza del Duomo in Catania, the Sant'Agata Cathedral, the Popular Markets, the Massimo Vincenzo Bellini Theater and the Benedictine Monastery.
In about 40 minutes by car you can reach the Etna base where you can participate in guided tours and excursions on the volcano.

-From Catania Fontanarossa Airport it is possible to reach the apartment via Alibus shuttle service and public transportation line 534, with an exchange in Catania Central Station. The closest stop to the apartment is "Via Aci Castello 38", a 2-minute walk from the property.

For an optimal stay and to be able to fully enjoy the cultural, architectural and gastronomic wonders of Catania and Sicily, we advise you to travel by car.
In the area there is a chance to find parking slots on the street, for a fee or free (blue or white stripes).

A member of our Team Catania will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. All guests IDs must be shown upon arrival as required by the Italian law.

Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and a supplement is required as follows:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
It is not possible to organize check-ins after 00:00.

City tax must be payed cash upon arrival 2€/guest per night of stay.
