Libertà Frame Apartment with Terrace and Etna View

Large and cozy 100sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the fourth and top floor (with elevator) of a building less than 10 minutes on foot from Catania Central Station, the apartment has a terrace overlooking the interior and a balcony overlooking Mount Etna. From the apartment it is possible to easily reach the historic center and the main points of interest by public transportation or, alternatively, with a 15-20 minute walk.

The inside is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM 1: double bed, split A/C, wardrobe, armchair, mirror and access to the balcony overlooking the Mount Etna.
-BEDROOM 2: double bed, split A/C, wardrobe, private area with chair and sofa.
-LIVING AREA: split A/C, dining table, sofa, TV and access to the terrace.
-KITCHEN: 4 burner stove, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, moka pot, small table and access to the terrace.
-BATHROOM 1: shower, bidet and toilet.
-BATHROOM 2: private inside bedroom 2 with shower, bidet and toilet.

OTHER SERVICES: A/C with heat pump, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The building has a lift NOT suitable for disabled people. There is a step to access the building + 10 steps to access the lift.
- The fireplace does not work.

Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon arrival: 2€/guest per night of stay.

The apartment is located in a central area, less than 10 minutes on foot from Catania railway station, in an ideal position to move comfortably via public transportation or, alternatively, on foot to the historic center (15-20 minutes walk), to the main points of interest in the city and surrounding areas. We reccomend you to go shopping in the most chic streets of Catania or simply explore the city and its architectural and cultural beauties such as the Villa Bellini, via Etnea, the Greek Roman Theater, participate in the Catanese nightlife by attending the pubs in Piazza Teatro Massimo and in Via Crociferi area.
The location is strategic for those who want not only to visit the city, but also move around to visit the places of interest around the city. The apartment is close to the station from which all the direct buses leave for all the commonly visited places, such as Taormina, Syracuse. , Noto, Piazza Armerina, Ragusa, Palermo.
There are also, within a few minutes walk, several excellent restaurants, in case you'll decide not to move to the heart of the Catania "nightlife" (via Etnea, Via di Sangiuliano, Via Crociferi, Piazza Teatro Massimo, Piazza Duomo, Piazza Università).

To reach the main points of interest:
