Cilea Central Apt a few steps from the Station

Lovely 56 sqm apartment, for 2 people, located on the ground floor of a building (one step to access). The property is located in a central area, less than 10 minutes on foot from the station, in an area full of services and in a strategic position to reach the main attractions of the center, such as Piazza Duomo, the Ursino Castle and the Bellini Theater on foot or by public transport.
The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The property is organized as follows:

-LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE: (gas hob, moka, refrigerator, electric oven, kitchenware, wine glasses), sofa, dining table with chairs, split A/C;
-BEDROOM with double bed, TV, wardrobe;
-BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: Air conditioning with heat pump (1 split), iron and ironing board, hot water, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a step to access the apartment.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents and pay the tourist tax (€2,00 per person per night of stay) via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The apartment is centrally located, less than 10 minutes on foot from the Central Station and all the main services, including pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Furthermore, with a walk it is possible to reach the main points of interest in the historic center, such as Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the historic local market, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek-Roman theater, the opera theater Vincenzo Bellini and the homonymous garden. The accommodation is also well served by public transport.
Walking through the streets of the city, you will come across many bars, restaurants, bars and pastry shops where you can enjoy the renowned cuisine and typical products of the region, known throughout Italy and around the world.
