Cozy and modern 45 sqm apartment, ideal for two people, located on the ground floor of a building (a step at the entrance). The property is located in a central area, less than 10 minutes on foot from the Central Station, in an area full of services and in a strategic position to reach the main attractions of the center, such as Piazza Duomo, the Ursino Castle and the Bellini Theater on foot or by public transport.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small balcony.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with induction hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, kettle, dining table and access to the small BALCONY;
- BEDROOM with double bed, flat screen TV and space for clothes;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the bedroom and in the kitchen), washing machine (in the kitchen), iron and ironing board, insect screens, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step to access the apartment.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The apartment is located in a central area, less than 10 minutes on foot from the Central Station and all the main services, including pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Furthermore, with a walk it is possible to reach the main points of interest in the historic center, such as Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Sant'Agata, the historic local market, the Benedictine monastery, the Ursino Castle, the Greek-Roman theater, the opera theater Vincenzo Bellini and the homonymous garden. In addition, the accommodation is well served by public transport.
Walking through the streets of the city, it is possible to come across the many bars, restaurants, and pastry shops where it is possible to enjoy the renowned cuisine and typical products of the region, known throughout Italy and around the world.

- From Catania Fontanarossa airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the ALIBUS bus service to the Central Station, a 10-minute walk from the property.

- From Catania Central Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in about 10 minutes.

- For those traveling by car: street parking (blue lines) available for a fee around the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee (with free time slots) at "Il Pino" car park, in via Maddem 4, a 3-minute walk from the property, open 24 hours a day.
