Comfortable 77 sqm apartment with two balconies (one with sea view), which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor of a building without lift. The property is located in Aci Castello, just 11 km from Catania, a few steps from the center and from the sea, in an area full of bars, restaurants and services.
The apartment consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two balconies; it also has a private parking space included (NOT suitable for large cars).

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, electric oven, microwave, kitchenware, dining table and access to the balcony;
- BALCONY I (with sea view) with table and chairs;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe, sofa and access to the balcony;
- BALCONY II with table and chairs;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (split in the bedroom with the double bed), ceiling fan (in the bedroom with two single beds), clothes hanger, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 3 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Aci Castello. People under 14 are exempt).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:30 (half past midnight).

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, If you wish to collect the keys from a member of our staff, in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:

Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The property is located in Aci Castello, an ancient fishing village located 15 meters above the sea, a few km from Catania. The name Aci Castello derives from the homonymous castle built in 1076 by the Normans on a nearby lava stone hill. The Norman Castle dominates the main square of the town, bordered by a long balcony from which it is possible to admire the sea below and the suggestive Riviera dei Ciclopi. The "Chiesa Madre", the main church of the village is of particular architectural interest, with remarkable frescoes by Pietro Vasta.
