Cozy apartment of about 95 sqm, elegantly furnished, located on the second floor of a building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people), able to accommodate up to 5 people. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, equipped with all the main services and well connected to the centre.
The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, table, desk and 50-inch smart TV;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with double bed;
- BATHROOM I with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the bedroom I), fan, independent heating, washer/dryer (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The accomodation is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€2,00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.

The accommodation is located in the Borgo-Sanzio district, a residential area full of services and known for the Borgo station, one of the starting points of the Circumetnea railway which completes the circumnavigation of Etna. On Sundays, Piazza Giovanni Verga hosts a fruit and vegetable market and in the Botanical Garden it is possible to admire the typical flora of Sicily. The center of Catania can be reached in about 15 minutes by public transport.
