Located on Via Rapisardi in Catania, this 91 sqm apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator (NOT suitable for disabled). The interiors are air-conditioned for year-round comfort. Two balconies offer enjoyable outdoor space with views of the lively neighborhood, which blends history with modernity, featuring shops, amenities, and cultural life within easy reach. Its brightness and ventilation make it an ideal home for those seeking city living with all the conveniences.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with induction cooktop, small table with high stools, refrigerator, moka pot, coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, air fryer, kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and access to the enclosed balcony;
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, single sofa bed, split A/C, and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV, and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds (one pull-out), wardrobe, and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- BALCONY;
- ENCLOSED BALCONY with washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning (a split unit in the living room and one in each bedroom), ceiling fan in the kitchen, fire extinguisher, clothes horse, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: There are steps to reach the elevator.
Heating is provided via split A/C units.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents and pay the Tourist Tax via our Guest Portal.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Catania Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
From 21.00 to 23.00: EUR 25
From 23.00 to 00.00: EUR 30
Late check-ins are not available after midnight.

In case of incorrect waste disposal in compliance with the rules that will be explained to you at check-in, a penalty of € 150 will be charged.
