Cozy apartment of about 35sqm located on the ground floor of a renovated period building, without elevator (steps to access it). The accommodation is located in the historic center of Castagneto Carducci, a medieval village named after the well-known Italian poet Giosué Carducci, and is within walking distance of the Church of San Lorenzo and the Castle of the Counts of Gerarghesca.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, a single fouton and a bathroom.

The apartment of about 35sqm is located on the ground floor of a building without elevator (steps to access it).

The space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed and a single fouton, small sofa, wardrobe, mirror and TV;
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, moka coffee maker, dining table, oven, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, sink and toilet;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating via split A/C, portable fan, hair dryer, safe, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: It is possible to leave the bikes at the entrance of the accommodation (patio).

Guests' access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs if possible, in case there are no other outgoing/incoming guests. Any requests can only be confirmed the day before arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Livorno Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 10 from 21:00 until 22:00;
- EUR 20 from 22:00 until 23:00;
- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00.00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.00
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

From the station it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus n.006 to the "Castagneto Carducci S" stop, a 9-minute walk from the property.
Alternatively, you can rent a car at the airport (use of the car is necessary).
