Cozy studio apartment of 30 sqm, for up to 4 people, located on the 2nd floor of a renovated building (NO lift). The property is located in the heart of the historic and lively Ballarò market (Traffic-Restricted Atra), a few steps from all the main attractions of the center of Palermo and the Central Station.
The accommodation consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a small balcony.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, moka, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table and access to the balcony;
- SLEEPING AREA with double bed and double sofa bed;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet;
- SMALL BALCONY with small table and chairs.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket wifi (max 100 GB per month), hot/cold split A/C, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, clothes hanger and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: currently renovations are underway in the building opposite the apartment, consequently there may be noise and the view is partially hidden. The works are carried out from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in.

The apartment is located in a central area of ​​Palermo, characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) and a short distance from the famous Ballarò market. The main attractions of the historic city center, as well as the Central Station of Palermo, can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines or with the regional train to Palermo Central Station.

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in about 5 minutes.

- For those traveling by car, please pay attention to the fact that the property is located inside the Restricted Traffic Area. It is possible to park for a fee at the station car parks (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable).
