Roomy apartment of about 170 sqm, able to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people, located on the first floor of a house without a lift. The property is located just 50 meters from the wonderful beach of Plaja Grande, near Donnalucata (seaside village of Scicli), and is characterized by a very fine golden sand bathed by a cobalt blue sea.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace.

The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, small table and chairs;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge, freezer, electric oven and kitchenware;
- TERRACE with table and bench (accessible from the living room and kitchen);
- BEDROOM I with double bed;
- BEDROOM II with double bed;
- BEDROOM III with queen-size bed (for a single guest), bunk bed (2 single beds) and desk;
- BATHROOM I with shower, sink and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the kitchen and living room), fans (one in each bedroom), TV, wardrobes, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

One reserved parking space in front of the entrance gate (uncovered, outside the property).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Santa Croce Camerina Climatic Zone A: 5 hours a day from December 8th to March 7th.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 25 between 21:00 and 23:00
EUR 30 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located a few steps from the Plaja Grande beach, near Donnalucata, on the south-eastern coast of Sicily. Plaja Grande is 28 km from Ragusa and is located on the edge of the Irminio River Nature Reserve, in a truly suggestive location. It extends for about 600 mt and ends with a stretch of bathing rocks in the direction of Donnalucata.
Within 2 km, it is possible to find all the main services (bars, supermarket/grocery, pharmacy, restaurants).
