The apartment is located in the wonderful Costa Rei, famous for its white sand beaches, crystal clear water and uncontaminated nature. The beach is a 20 minute walk away.
The property consists of double bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom, veranda and private garden.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split inverter;
- LIVING ROOM with bunk bed (for one person), sofa, SMART TV, dining table with chairs and split inverter;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC;
- Covered and raised VERANDA (access from the living room) with outdoor dining table, chairs and sofas;
- GARDEN (private) with barbecue, outdoor shower and storage room with washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: POCKET WIFI max 300 gigabytes, heating and air conditioning via split inverter (in the bedroom and living room), fan, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax to the municipality of Costa Rei equal to 1 euro from 1 June to 30 September, 0.50 cent for the other months. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in Costa Rei, a renowned tourist resort in the municipality of Muravera, immersed in one of the most evocative scenarios in Sardinia: the Sarrabus. Alternatively, you can take a taxi (journey time approximately 1 hour).

-From Cagliari Centrale station, you can reach the apartment by walking to the bus station and taking the bus. Continue by bus to the "Costa Rei Via Ichnusa 138" stop, a 7-minute walk from the property.

-For those traveling by car, it is possible to park on the street (NOT bookable).

ATTENTION: you can drive up to the front of the property by car, but only in reverse.
