Casa al Centro Antico

Bright apartment recently renovated and equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation is located in the historic center of Salerno, a 2-minute walk from the Cathedral and the Duomo-Via Vernieri station. Just a 5-minute walk away, the seafront offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Salerno. Piazza della Concordia and the Molo Manfredi, reachable in 15/20 minutes on foot, are the starting point for reaching the Amalfi Coast and the islands. Parking space included!

The accommodation of approximately 60 m2 is located on the mezzanine floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: you need to climb 5 steps to reach it.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, mini fridge with small freezer compartment, coffee machine, electric kettle, blender and microwave
- Living area with dining table, single sofa bed and split A/C
- Bedroom with double bed, single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and split A/C
- Toilet equipped with wc, bidet and shower box
- Veranda balcony.

Additional services available to guests: uncovered parking space in closed condominium parking with gate, UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Salerno Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival.

The proximity to historical and cultural sites, such as the Salerno Cathedral or the Minerva Garden, makes this holiday home an ideal starting point for discovering the beauty of Salerno. The property is also well positioned to reach the Amalfi Coast and the islands of Ischia and Capri by sea, starting from Molo Manfredi, located just 15/20 minutes walk from the property. All the essential services are within reach: bars, supermarket and pharmacy are in fact within 200 metres.

-From Naples airport: with the Alibus line you can easily reach Naples Central station, where you can take the train (high speed or intercity/regional to Salerno station) and then reach the apartment with the underground stop Salerno Duomo - Via Vernieri, two minutes away on foot.

-From Salerno station: Salerno Duomo - Via Vernieri underground stop, a two-minute walk away.

- If you travel by car: the accommodation is located in the centre, but outside the restricted traffic zone, therefore it can be reached by car. It has an uncovered parking space in a closed condominium car park with a gate. We also point out the paid Duomo Garage a short distance away, in Via Linguiti 2, 300 meters from the apartment.

The apartment is well connected to the local transport network that allows you to easily reach the Amalfi Coast (the bus stop is a few minutes walk) and the Cilento Coast, Naples and the archaeological sites of Paestum, Pompeii and Herculaneum (by train or ferry boat).
