The accommodation has a large terrace from where you can enjoy a wonderful sea view of the fishing harbour. The property is situated on the seafront, area served by all the main services: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy. It is only 5 minutes walk from the port of Carloforte!

The accommodation of 130 sq m is situated on two levels. PAY ATTENTION to the indoor spiral staircases and to the wall railing (low) of the terrace, please pay more attention if you are travelling with children. Steps to access the terrace and the bedrooms.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

The characteristic village of Carloforte is the only inhabited center of San Pietro, an island of the small archipelago of Sulcis. The beaches near the village of Carloforte are the most famous of the island and very different from each other: some sandy, others covered with pebbles, others rocky. The nearest beach to the center of Carloforte is Il Giunco, another beach near the center is Guidi, a beach of fine sand alternating with dark rocks. For those who love mixed sandy and pebble beaches the recommended beach is Girin Beach.
The island of San Pietro is not very large and you can drive around in a day. So it’s easy to get to each of its beaches from Carloforte. Along the west coast of the island we find Spiaggia La Caletta and Spiaggia della Conca, while along the southern coast to visit the beach of Chinolle, the beach of Lucchese, Spiaggia La Bobba and Spiaggia di Guidi. Other beaches not to be missed around Carloforte are: Punta Nera, Golfo del Becco, Calavinagra and Golfo della Mezzaluna (the latter can only be reached by sea). If you love diving not to be missed: Punta delle oche and Nasca are two caves north of the island ideal for divers.

- Guidi beach: 8 minutes by car or 21 minutes by public transport;
- Conca beach: 13 minutes by car or 36 minutes by public transport;
- Port of Carloforte: 5 minutes on foot;

- Restaurant Pizzeria 035: 1 minute on foot;
- Bar Marina di F.lli Gamboni snc: 3 minutes on foot;
- CONAD (supermarket): 2 minutes on foot.

- From Cagliari Elmas Airport "Mario Mameli": you can reach the apartment thanks to the CFCA A/R Shuttle transport to be booked by phone, about 20 euros each way. The property is only a 5-minute walk from the port of Carloforte.

- DELCOMAR ferries depart from Portovesme and Calasetta, which take 40 and 30 minutes to reach the island of Carloforte; from Portovesme the departures of the ferries for Carloforte are only diurnal and preview the boarding of the vehicles while from Calasetta the service is both day and night. The port of Carloforte is only a 5-minute walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, you can park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) on the street near the property, or you can park on the street for a fee (blue stripes).

For the Municipality of Carloforte there is a Landing Fee for non-residents arriving in Carloforte. This contribution will be paid by any natural person who, in order to reach San Pietro Island, uses carriers providing scheduled connections or air carriers carrying out passenger transport services for commercial purposes, enabled to make connections to the island.
To collect the contribution will be the company Delcomar, which will apply new amounts to the ordinary rates of transport at the ticket office: from 1 November to 31 March there will be a surcharge of 0.50 euros, from April to June and from September to October of 1,50 euros, while for the high season of July 2 euros and for that of August 2, 50 euros.
