Apartment located on the first floor of an ancient building without a lift.
Splendid view of the canal from where the typical Venetian gondolas pass.

It accommodates 4 people in 85 square meters of space with two double bedrooms.
We are located in the Cannareggio district, 15 minutes from Piazza di San Marco and 10 minutes from the Rialto Bridge.
Fondamenta Nove vaporetto stop 5 minutes away.
It is not possible to find parking nearby as it is a central area.
The space
LIVING AREA: eat-in kitchen equipped with kitchenette, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven divided from the living area where there are TV and split A/C, a two-seater sofa and a single sofa.
BEDROOM I: double bed and split A/C, splendid view of the Canal.
BEDROOM II: double bed (if necessary become two singles, ONLY on request) and split A/C.
BATHROOM: bathtub, shower cubicle, bidet and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, drying rack, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Autonomous heating.

Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Venezia. From April 25 is planned the experimental application of the contribution of access to the ancient city of Venice, following the instructions sent by the template you can download the voucher to access the ancient city of Venice for free.

Getting around
It takes 30 minutes from the airport by waterbus alilaguna blue line getinf off F.Nove stop.
It takes 25 minutes from the railway station and the car terminal with the waterbus line 5.2 or 4.2 getting off at the F.Nove stop or from line 1 getting off at the Ca'D'oro stop.
