Cozy apartment of 60sqm, can accommodate up to 2 people, located on the ground floor of a building with private entrance directly on the street.
The property is located in the San Lorenzo area, a district renowned for its bars and nightlife.
If you are traveling by car you can park, for a fee, in the street (blue stripes) or at the Garage Autobruzi, 4 minutes walk from the apartment. We report ZTL summer night from 21:00 to 3:00.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING: sofa, armchair, dining table, TV, clothes stand, split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE: 4 induction burners, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, moka pot, electric kettle, cooking utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe, mirror, split A/C;
- BATHROOM: shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (with heat pumps), drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step at the entrance of the apartment. The shower tray is raised.
Please note that the entrance door on the street is not soundproof.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

The apartment is located in San Lorenzo area, a university district full of services, clubs and bars. In about 20 minutes on foot, it is possible to reach La Sapienza University as well as Termini Station, the main hub of underground and surface public transportation, thanks to which it is possible to reach all the main points of interest in the Eternal City.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
