The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with breathtaking views of the historic center of Siena!

The 75sqm accommodation is located on the third floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (stairs to access it).

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV and clothes rack;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, two wardrobes and desk;
- BATHROOM I with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and toilet;
- SERVICE BATHROOM II with sink and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, washing machine, independent heating, hairdryer, three portable fans, clothesline, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383/6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Siena Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.

A surcharge of EUR 20.00 will be applied for check-ins between 20:00 and 21:00, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
After 21:00, self check-in will be carried out ONLY. Further information will be provided after booking.

The apartment is located in the heart of the wonderful medieval historic center of Siena (Restricted Traffic Zone - ZTL in Italian), in a quiet and strategic area, close to all the main services, including bars, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies. The property is located a few steps from the main attractions of the city including Piazza del Campo, considered among the most beautiful in the world and home to the famous Palio which is held twice a year; the extraordinary Cathedral with the Baptistery; the Palazzo Pubblico; the extraordinary Torre del Mangia, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city; the National Art Gallery.
In the surroundings of Siena, it is worth getting lost in the areas of Chianti, Val D'Elsa and the Crete Senesi, among gastronomic delicacies and extraordinary landscapes.

Getting around
- From Florence's Amerigo Vespucci Airport, it is possible to reach Florence Central Station by tram or bus, from which it is possible to take the bus to Siena, with a stop a few minutes' walk from the property.

- Siena station is 900 meters from the apartment. The most convenient way to reach the accommodation is by taxi (10 minutes); alternatively, you can take the bus which leaves the station every 5 minutes and reaches the city center in 5 minutes.
The station is a 15-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, be careful as the property is located in a restricted traffic zone. It is possible to park for free about 700 meters from the property, at the Il Campino car park. The closest paid parking is the Fortezza car park, an 8-minute walk from the apartment.
