Modern apartment of approximately 50 sqm, ideal for 4 people, located on the 2nd floor of a building with NO lift (stairs to access it). The property is located in the Città Studi district, a lively and young area thanks to the presence of the Polytechnic University of Milan and the State University, both a few steps from the accommodation. The “Lambrate” metro stop (M2) is just a 3-minute walk away.
The apartment has a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and two balconies.

ATTENTION: Work is underway to renovate the internal façade of the building, therefore there is scaffolding in the courtyard and there may be some noise.

The 50 m2 apartment is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: you need to climb the stairs to access it.

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washer;
- TWO BALCONIES (one in the living room and one in the bedroom).

The apartment is located in the heart of Città Studi, the largest university district in Milan. In fact, within it, there are some of the main Milanese universities, including the Polytechnic, with the faculties of Engineering and Architecture, and the State University with its scientific faculties. The neighborhood is full of services (bars, supermarkets, restaurants) and is well connected to the center and other areas of the city, thanks to the green metro line (stop "Lambrate" - M2) and the Lambrate train station, with trains metropolitan, suburban and regional.

To reach the main points of interest in the city:
- Polytechnic and Piazza Leonardo da Vinci: 7 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II: 21 minutes by public transport;
- Sforzesco Castle and Sempione Park: 26 minutes by public transport;

From here, you need to take bus no. 93 and get off at the "Via Valvassori Peroni" stop, just a 5-minute walk from the property.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express train from the airport to Milan Cadorna station, from which you can take the metro (M2 line) to the “Lambrate FS” stop, just 3 minutes away walk from the property.

- From the Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the subway (M2 line) to the “Lambrate FS” stop, just a 4-minute walk from the property.

- If you travel by car, parking is not included; however, it is possible to park at the Top Parking garage in Via Teodosio 37, an 11-minute walk from the property, open 24 hours a day.
