The property is located in a residential area with all the main services, a few minutes' walk from the beach, the pine forest and the market. The historic centre can be reached in a few minutes by bus or by car.

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and small terrace.
The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, moka coffee maker, kettle, oven, various cooking utensils, wine glasses, table with chairs;

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Viareggio is one of the most fascinating seaside resorts in Italy. A city with an Art Nouveau soul, elegant and refined, with historic buildings, beautiful cafes and fascinating traditions, including, above all, those related to the celebration of the famous Carnival. Among the points of interest of the city, it is worth mentioning the Lungomare or Passeggiata Margherita with its succession of buildings in Art Nouveau style, Villa Argentina and Villa Paolina, the Church of San Paolino and the Church of Sant'Andrea, the Citadel and the Carnival Museum and the Matilde Tower, the oldest building in the city, dating back to the '500.
