Modern and bright apartment of about 40 sqm located on the ground floor (one step to access), can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people.
The accommodation is located in Pescara Colli, a very quiet residential district in the upper part of the city, equipped with all the essential services. The old town and the first beach are just 9 minutes away by car.

The accommodation consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.

A parking space on site.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, small sofa, split A/C;
- LIVING ROOM with small sofa, table with chairs, "32 inch" TV;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, various kitchen utensils;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet, washing machine.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, camping cot.

PLEASE NOTE: The air conditioning is present ONLY in the bedroom and is provided only via split A/C.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Finally, a visit to Casa D'Annunzio, where the famous writer was born, and to the Ponte del Mare, one of the main symbolic monuments of more modern Pescara, is not to be missed.
