The property is located in Marina di Ragusa (20 km from Ragusa), one of the most renowned seaside areas in Sicily; the sea is about 5 minutes away on foot, while the main sandy beach in the area is only 1 km away.
The accommodation consists of a living room with a kitchenette, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and a veranda.

The space is organized as follows:
- BALCONY at the entrance with table and chairs;
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, oven and kitchenware), dining table, sofa and small TV;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and access to the VERANDA;
- VERANDA with table, chairs, barbecue and external sink;
- BEDROOM II with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds;
- TWO BATHROOMS with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (split in the corridor leading to the rooms), fans (in the bedrooms), washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Marina di Ragusa Climatic Zone A: 5 hours a day from December 8th to March 7th.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:

EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

Marina di Ragusa is one of the most renowned seaside areas in Sicily, it is located in the province of Ragusa about 20 km from the capital. The Ragusa coast is characterized by beaches of fine, golden sand and a clear, crystalline and uncontaminated sea with shallow waters, ideal for families with children. Thanks to its position, Marina di Ragusa is an excellent starting point for visiting the baroque centers of the Val di Noto (Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, Noto), the places of Inspector Montalbano and the main stages of the food and wine itineraries of the Iblei area (Chiaramonte Gulfi, Modica, Ragusa Ibla).

In the surroundings of the apartment it is possible to find all the main services; the sea is about 5 minutes away on foot (rocks with shallow, sandy seabed), while the main sandy beach in the area is only 1 km away. The center of Marina di Ragusa is about 1.5 km away. The port is 300 mt away.

Comiso Airport is 31 km away (about 40 minutes by car), while Catania Airport is 120 km away (about 1 hour and 40 minutes by car).

In order to reach the property and best visit the beauties of the area and the entire region, we recommend traveling by car. It is possible to rent a car at the airport. The accommodation has a private uncovered parking space on site.
