In Rapallo, a cozy 43 sqm apartment for 3 guests, located on the second floor with an elevator (accessible via steps). Featuring a balcony and reserved parking, a real plus in the city. Rapallo, the heart of the Ligurian Riviera, offers sea, culture, and gastronomy, with its charming seafront promenade, the Castle on the Sea, and its proximity to Portofino and the Cinque Terre. Perfect for a stay full of relaxation and beauty.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), French double sofa bed, TV, dining table, and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM with a French double bed, single sofa bed, wardrobe, and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, and WC;
- BALCONY with a small table and two chairs.

FURTHER AMENITIES FOR GUESTS:
WIFI illimitato, central heating, portable fan, drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
A reserved parking space is available on-site for guests (maximum 4.35 m length; 1.8 m width).

There are steps to reach the elevator.
Please note that the via Schiappacasse is uphill - there are steps.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

The apartment is located on Via Privata Schiappacasse, a quiet and well-served residential area, just a short walk from the heart of Rapallo. The location offers comfort and relaxation, with supermarkets, restaurants, and shops nearby, as well as easy access to the seafront and marina.

Thanks to its proximity to the train station and bus stops, it is easy to travel along the Ligurian Riviera and visit the stunning surrounding destinations.

- From Genoa Airport, the best way to reach the apartment is by car or taxi, taking approximately 40 minutes (40.6 km).

- From Rapallo Train Station, you can reach the apartment by taking a bus to the "Scuole Marconi - Rapallo" stop, which is about an 8-minute walk from the property.
Alternatively, the apartment can be reached on foot in approximately 15 minutes.
