The space
The 89 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of a characteristic Ligurian building, we point out the presence of a step at the entrance (not suitable for the disabled).

KITCHEN CORNER equipped with gas hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, traditional oven, kettle, moka coffee maker and various kitchen utensils;
BEDROOM 1 with a double bed and wardrobe;
BEDROOM 2 with a full size sofa bed and a desk;
BATHROOM 1 with shower, sink, bidet and WC.;
BATHROOM 2 with WC, sink and bidet;

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Bordighera, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 6 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th.
