The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Asti, a few steps from Corso Vittorio Alfieri, where the main monuments are located and the historic parades of the Palio di Asti and all the main cultural, food and wine events take place.

The internal space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN CORNER with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, various kitchen utensils, dining table;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed (can be split into 2 single beds), wardrobe and desk;
- BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds (joinable), desk and wardrobe
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;
- BALCONY; with 2 chairs

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: WiFi, air conditioning (1 split in the living room/kitchen), central heating, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests during their stay.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 04/16/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 10.6.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The ignition period and the daily ignition duration depend on the climatic zone defined by the legislation.
