Despite being in the central area (ZTL), the accommodation does not overlook the street but exclusively onto private internal courtyards, which makes it particularly quiet. The location offers the privilege of reaching all the main points of interest on foot, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in city life. Perfect for those seeking tranquility without losing comfort and proximity to services.

The 60 sqm accommodation is located on the second floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION, you must climb the stairs to access it.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- KITCHEN with snack shelf and stools, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, moka and traditional oven
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, double sofa bed, TV and split A/C
- ROOM with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C
- BATHROOM with double access from the entrance and from the bedroom, equipped with wc, bidet, shower box
- BALCONY equipped with small table and 2 chairs.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with bar of soap, independent heating with boiler, video intercom, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
Baby cot on request (for a fee).

Other things to know:
- The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone, be careful if you travel by car
- The bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom
- Please do not throw only toilet paper inside the toilet, as this may damage the Sanitrit system

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax required by the Municipality of Bologna.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 -6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in the elegant Santo Stefano district, one of the most elegant in the city, and precisely between two of the most characteristic streets of Bologna: Via Santo Stefano and Strada Maggiore. A few steps from the portico of Santa Maria dei Servi and Piazza Santo Stefano, it is just 500 meters from the Complex of the Seven Churches and just 200 from the Santa Cristina Complex and the Portico dei Servi. The accommodation is located in Via San Petronio Vecchio, a historic street documented in documents as early as 1200. Just walk under the porticoes looking up to notice the magnificence of some buildings, which hide frescoed ceilings and secret gardens inside. All points of interest can be reached on foot, just as essential services are close at hand: bars, pharmacy and supermarkets are in fact within 400 metres.

- FROM BOLOGNA CENTRAL STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment by bus line C, final stop "Garganelli" 100 meters from the accommodation.

- FROM THE AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment with the Marconi Express service from the airport to the central station and from here with bus line C, final stop "Garganelli" 100 meters from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: Pay attention, the accommodation is located in a restricted traffic zone. Entry is permitted only via pass issued by a guarded car park. It is possible to leave the car at the S.Petronio Vecchio Garage, in via San Petronio Vecchio 40/4A, 150 meters from the accommodation.
