Cozy 35 sqm apartment, which can comfortably accommodate two people, located on the ground floor of a building without a lift with independent entrance. The property is close to the center (15 minutes by bus) and in a strategic position to reach the fair (15 minutes by public transport) and the station (15 minutes on foot)!
Convenient location with all services such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, bus stop to the center and the fair.
The accommodation is on two levels: pay ATTENTION to the spiral staircase that separates the rooms.
**GROUND FLOOR**
- Kitchen equipped with induction hob, mini fridge, moka pot, electric kettle and electric oven;
- Bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer.
**FIRST FLOOR**
- Small living area (separated by a step from the sleeping area) equipped with table and chairs, split A/C and coffee machine;
- Sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
Baby cot and high chair on request (for a fee).
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
- The keys to the entrance door are inside a safety deposit box that opens with a code, which will be provided upon check-in.
- The fireplace is NOT usable.
