The apartment is located on the third floor of a 1930s building, renovated, without a lift.

In 96 square meters of space, the rooms are divided into:
Kitchen. Kitchen equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave and various cooking utensils.
Living room. Sofa with television and a single bed from which a cot can be pulled out from below.
Bathroom. Shower box with toilet, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer.
Bedroom. Double bed and wardrobe.
Other services available to guests. Split air conditioning (present in the kitchen and in the bedroom), fan in the living room, iron and clothesline.
Storage room.

Parking not included but a 7-minute walk away is the Saba Sant'Orsola Malpighi car park.
The parking lot is located in Via Albertoni, adjacent to the S. Orsola - Malpighi polyclinic, and offers its customers as many as 538 places distributed over 4 floors. The car park has 10 free parking spaces for cars that carry people with disabilities (with a valid permit displayed and a disabled person on board) and offers reduced rates for cancer patients.
