Our loft is located inside one of the noble palaces in one of the most prestigious streets of Bologna. The furniture was followed by a well-known architect and ... from the living room window, looking out, you can take a look at the Towers.

It is located in the most historic part of the center of Bologna; behind Piazza Maggiore and Due Torri, one of the best wonders of Italy!
Museums, markets, shops and typical trattorias just outside the front door.
The 70 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a historical building with a lift. Suitable for two people, it is divided into:
LIVING ROOM. Comfortable corner sofa and dining table, split air conditioning.
KITCHEN. dishwasher, two coffee machines, kitchen utensils and electric oven.
BATHROOM. Two bathrooms available, one next to the kitchen and one located upstairs next to the bedroom.
BEDROOM. Double bed and television positioned on the mezzanine.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS. Free WiFi,
washing machine in the laundry room, iron and clotheshorse.
ATTENTION: the air conditioner in the sleeping area is temporarily out of order.
Cot for babies upon request and payment.
All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival as provided by Italian law.

Just outside the house there are clubs, restaurants, bars, theaters and the beating heart of this beautiful city.
You can explore the entire city center by foot simply leaving the house.
