It is located in the most historic part of the center of Bologna; behind Piazza Maggiore and Due Torri, one of the best wonders of Italy!
Museums, markets, shops and typical trattorias just outside the front door.

The 70 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a historical building with a lift. Suitable for two people, it is divided into:

LIVING ROOM. Comfortable corner sofa and dining table, split air conditioning.
KITCHEN. dishwasher, two coffee machines, kitchen utensils and electric oven.
BATHROOM. Two bathrooms available, one next to the kitchen and one located upstairs next to the bedroom.
BEDROOM. Double bed and television positioned on the mezzanine.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS. Free WiFi,
washing machine in the laundry room, iron and clotheshorse.

ATTENTION: the air conditioner in the sleeping area is temporarily out of order.

The apartment is located in the most ancient and elegant district of the city. It is in full center, two steps from Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, the beautiful Piazza Santo Stefano and Piazza San Giovanni In Monte, but it is also incredibly quiet and peaceful. Just outside the house there are clubs, restaurants, bars, theaters and the beating heart of this beautiful city.
You can explore the entire city center by foot simply leaving the house.
