Our apartment is located in one of the most dynamic neighborhoods of the city, a great location for walking to the main attractions such as Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers and via Indipendenza, famous for shopping.
The apartment is in a central area that allows you to reach the university quickly.
We are in the Limited Traffic Zone.

A nice place to stay to discover a beautiful and bizarre city like Bologna.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building. There are two steps at the entrance.
In 50 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 4 people.
LIVING AREA. Kitchen equipped with moka and various utensils, living room with sofa bed.

BATH. Bathtub, bidet and hairdryer. Washing machine.

There is a private internal courtyard for the exclusive use to be able to relax and eat and it is also possible to deposit the bikes.

ATTENTION: Construction is underway in the building next door, therefore there may be some noise.

According to Italian Law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.
