We are located in one of the most dynamic and central districts of the city, an excellent position for visiting the main attractions on foot (Piazza Maggiore and via Indipendenza).
A few meters from: Palazzo Bentivoglio exhibition space dedicated to temporary exhibitions and events, From the Academy of Fine Arts, from the Municipal Theater and from via Zamboni where the Alma Mater Studiorum is located, considered the oldest university in the world still in operation.
We are located in the ZTL
Apartment located on the second floor without a lift.
In 80 square meters of space, it comfortably accommodates 4 people.
KITCHEN. Equipped with traditional oven, dishwasher and various kitchen utensils.
