The flat can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with every comfort: unlimited WiFi, TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Ideal starting point for a beach holiday!
The space
The apartment of about 50 square meters is located on the third floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for the disabled).

The internal space is organized as follows:
LIVING ROOM with a relaxation corner, the dining area and a queen sofa bed;
KITCHEN equipped with hob, fridge with freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, toaster, moka and various kitchen utensils;
BEDROOM with a queen bed and wardrobe;
BATHROOM with shower, sink and toilet.
BALCONY

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WiFi, TV, 2 fans, central heating with thermovalves, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
Guest access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
At the time of check-in we will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore we will be asked to show a valid document.

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.

The tourist tax of 1.5 euro per night per person will be collected in cash, for the first 10 nights, as required by the municipality of Rapallo
