Beautiful apartment located on two levels of 100 square meters, in the center of Ferrara, with private outdoor patio and annex used as an external laundry.
The apartment comfortably accommodates 6 people, with three bedrooms, and is equipped with all services such as free wifi and split air conditioning.

The location of the property is within the limited traffic area (ZTL) and the most convenient free parking spaces are located in via Carlo Mayr and in via XX Settembre.

The interiors are divided into:
- LIVING AREA. Kitchen equipped with mocha, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave oven, toaster and various utensils.
Living room with television.
- BEDROOMS. Double bedroom, a bedroom with a queen size bed, finally, a bedroom with two single beds.
-TWO BATHROOMS. Both complete with shower cubicle, bidet and sink.
Closet.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Free Wifi, iron, hairdryer and clothesline.
Coffee available for guests.

Please note the presence of stairs inside the property.

PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.

MOVEMENTS:
- From Ferrara railway station, it is possible to take bus n. 1/6/9 to "Giovecca Montebello" stop, a 10-minute walk from the property;
- From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in 40 minutes by car / taxi;
- For those travelling by car, the apartment is located within the limited traffic area (ZTL) and the most convenient free parking spaces are located in via Carlo Mayr and via XX Settembre, just a few minutes on foot from the property.

The apartment is located within the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) so the license plate will be required to access with the access pass which will be sent on the day of check-in.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara, equal to 0.30 cent.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

KEY COLLECTION:
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
