B&B Lungomare Centro - Arechi Room

Elegant triple room with private bathroom (external), located in a shared apartment with two other rooms and a shared kitchen, in the heart of Salerno. Located just 50 meters from the bus stop and a 15-minute walk from the train station, the building is just a 3-minute walk from the seafront and the Solarium Santa Teresa, where you can walk and enjoy a wonderful view of the Gulf of Salerno. For larger groups, the Amalfi and Positano rooms are available, for a total of 7 people.

The room of about 15 sqm is located on the third floor of a building with a lift (please note 1 step to access it).
It has a double bed, single sofa bed, wardrobe and private bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower box. The room is equipped with all the comforts necessary for your stay: central heating, fan, hairdryer and UNLIMITED WIFI.

Shared with the other guests of the property, the following are available:
- Kitchen with dining table, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, toaster and traditional oven
- Clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
- The apartment is located in ZTL, be careful if you travel by car
- NO TV
- NO AIR CONDITIONING
- The kitchen can only be used for breakfast (there are NO pots and pans for cooking)
- The bathroom is completely private but is NOT inside the room, as it is accessible from the common corridor.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Salerno Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00
EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,
EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.
It is not possible to check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival.

The apartment is located in the center of Salerno, a short distance from the Verdi Theater and the Villa Comunale, the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events during the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in April and the renowned event "Luci d'Artista" during the Christmas period. In the historic center of Salerno you will be captivated by the charm of the characteristic alleys that offer evidence of a past rich in history! The area is full of churches and monuments, as well as an infinite choice of clubs of all types, restaurants, bars and pizzerias. In less than 5 minutes on foot you can reach the splendid promenade and the beach of Santa Teresa, from where it is possible to admire an enchanting panorama and stroll while tasting an ice cream, or do some running or take a rental bike. In 3 minutes on foot it is possible to reach Piazza Alfano I, where you can visit the Cathedral of Salerno, the main place of Catholic worship in the city.
Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets in Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, a suggestive and ancient road that crosses the whole old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.
Finally, among the main points of interest to visit during your stay, the Arechi Castle is absolutely not to be missed. The view that will open before you, once you reach the top of the castle, is sublime: a unique view overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, ranging from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli, and which will leave you breathless!

- From Salerno airport - "Costa d'Amalfi": with the Salerno Airlink service to the Central Station and from there on foot in about 15 minutes or with bus line 006 with final stop "Roma Provincia" 130 meters from the accommodation.

- From Naples airport: with the Alibus line you can easily reach the Naples Central station, where you can take the train (high speed or intercity/regional) to Salerno station and from there with bus line 006 with final stop "Roma Provincia" 130 meters from the accommodation.

- From Salerno station: on foot in about 15 minutes or with bus line 006 with final stop "Roma Provincia" 150 meters from the accommodation.

- By car: the accommodation is located in a ZTL, pay attention. Parking on the street is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, you can park for a fee at Garage Duomo, in Via Fratelli Linguiti 2, a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
