Bright and very spacious apartment, which in 165 sqm accommodates 8 people with great comfort, having three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The flat is located in a villa and has access to the garden with an equipped patio and gazebo, shared with the other apartments, where you can have lunch and enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. Excellent location in a quiet residential area from which to reach the center of Bastia Umbra with a green path in 15 minutes. The wonderful Assisi is just 8 km away!

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a villa (there are 5 steps to access it) and is made up as follows:

- KITCHEN equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, juicer, moka, toaster, traditional oven and microwave
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, wood stove, desk, split A/C and TV
- BEDROOM I with double bed, split A/C and wardrobe
- BEDROOM II with double bed, split A/C and wardrobe
- BEDROOM III with double bed, split A/C and wardrobe
- TOILET I with wc, bidet and bathtub
- TOILET II with wc, bidet and shower box
- 4 balconies.

Access from the living room to the common garden is available, with vegetable garden and gazebo, three tables and eight chairs, two sun loungers and a barbecue, all shared with the other apartments of the villa.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, four fans, video intercom, baby cot, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests. Shared garden.

According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

- From 24:00 - 01:30 - Euro 40,00.

Located in the Umbrian Valley, between Perugia and Assisi, Bastia Umbra is an enchanting city whose origins date back to the Roman era. Rich in art and history, it boasts unmissable monuments such as the fourteenth-century church of Santa Croce and the church of San Paolo dating back to the eleventh century, to name but a few. It is also located just 8 km from Assisi, a city known for being the birthplace of San Francesco and Santa Chiara and part of that vast range of places to visit from a historical, artistic and religious point of view. A short distance away is also Perugia, the capital of Umbria as well as a city famous for places of interest such as the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous in Italy), the Palazzo dei Priori, the Sala Notari, the National Gallery and Rocca Paolina (and its undergrounds).
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, a 15-minute walk from the center of Bastia Umbra. In the immediate vicinity there are all the essential services: within 50 meters there are bars, supermarkets and pharmacies.

The most convenient way to reach the property and visit the surroundings is by car. It is possible to rent one at the airport. Street parking is free (NOT guaranteed).
