Basic Studio - 350 m far from Fontana di Trevi

Functional and basic studio of 20 sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a vintage building without lift. The property is a 5-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and 8 minutes from the Spanish Steps. The studio is ideally located to visit the main points of interest in the city conveniently on foot.
The building is inside the Traffic Restricted Area, be careful. It is possible to park at the Avignonesi garage, a 2-minute walk away.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with electric hob, fridge, moka, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;
- LIVING/SLEEPING AREA with double bed, a small table with flap and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, hydro-brush and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating via heat pumps, air conditioning via split (a single split), hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step at the entrance of the building.
To reach the studio you have to go through a door on the ground floor of the building and take the stairs. The entrance is on the right, inner A.
There are steps to one of the windows in the studio.
Hot water is supplied through a boiler, you may need to wait for it to recharge.
No bidet - present a hydrocopy.
Please note that the bathroom window and one of the living/sleeping area overlook the terrace of the neighboring apartment. The third window overlooks the waste collection area.

Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment

The entire house is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
We will be available for any question and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized.

The studio flat is located within Rome historic center, in one of the most beautiful and fascinating districts of the city, chosen as the backdrop for Fellini's film "La Dolce Vita" as a symbol of Romanism in the world. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza di Spagna and, in Piazza Barberini, you can find the MM "Barberini" metro stop which will allow you to easily reach all the main points of interest (3 minutes walk from the apartment ).

-From Roma Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by regional train or by shuttle bus service. From the station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the underground to "Barberini" stop, 3 minute walk away.

The property is located within the City Center Restricted Traffic Area, please pay attention to the accesses. It is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (there are few parking slots in the area) or at the Avignonesi garage, 2 minutes away on foot.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

Silence from 10PM to 8AM

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
