Cozy three-room apartment with balcony located on the SECOND FLOOR, without lift, perfect for 4 people and equipped with free unlimited WiFi and air conditioning. Just 350m from Piazza Garibaldi and the Tribunal, the apartment is equipped with all the main comforts. The center can be reached on foot with a 10-minute walk and the area has all the services: pharmacies, pizzerias, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Possibility of parking (for a fee) in a partner garage.

The 85m2 accommodation is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION! We therefore point out the need to climb 40 steps to access it.

The internal space is composed as follows:
- Kitchen with dining table, TV, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, traditional oven and coffee machine
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe, desk and split A/C
- Bedroom II with single bed, camp bed, wardrobe and desk

- Balcony.

Attention: 2 irons are available but are shared with other apartments (availability not guaranteed).

It is possible to book a parking in the "Autosilo San Francesco Bari" car park at about 200m from the apartment. Please let us know if you are interested.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture. There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: 15 minutes walk from the sea and from the port. In 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 300 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: you can reach the apartment by taking bus line 16 with the final stop "Crispi-Ravanas" 150 meters from the accommodation.

- FROM BARI CENTRAL STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 20 minutes (1.6 km) or by bus line 01 with the final stop "Crispi-Ravanas" 150 meters from the accommodation.

- IF YOU TRAVEL BY CAR: the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines.
