Comfortable apartment with veranda equipped with all the main services to accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment is located in a very central position, in an area equipped with every essential service such as supermarkets, gym, restaurants and shops. It is just a 10-minute walk from Bari Vecchia, the Petruzzelli Theater and the University, and a 15-minute walk from Central Station. At 700 meters there is also Via Sparano, the beating heart of Bari's shopping.

The 33 sqm apartment is located on the sixth floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows:
- Small kitchenette equipped with two induction hobs, mini fridge, moka, electric kettle, little electric oven and microwave
- Living area with queen size sofa bed, chest of drawers and 40 "smart TV
- Bedroom with double bed, TV and wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower
- Covered veranda with dining table and freezer.

The entrance door is equipped with a smart security lock with the use of a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Additional facilities available for the guests: Iliad Fibra UNLIMITED WIFI, split A/C in the living room with cold/hot air, video intercom, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24.00: € 30.00;
- 24.00 - 01.30: € 40.00.

Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture. There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: 15 minutes walk from the sea and from the port. In 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 150 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the "Quintino Sella" station, 650m from the apartment .

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (1.2 km) or with the Ferrotramviaria FR2 line to the "Quintino Sella" station, 650m from the apartment .


- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. It is possible to park for free (NOT guaranteed) at the Eurospin car park in Via Napoli at 700 meters or for a fee at the Garage San Pio, in Via Alessandro Maria Calefati, a 2-minute walk from the flat.
