Cozy apartment ideal for two people, located just 7 minutes walk from Bari Centrale station and 10 minutes from Aldo Moro University and the Petruzzelli Theater. An excellent location to visit Bari comfortably and without means. The Conad supermarket is located on the same street; moreover, in about twenty minutes on foot you can reach the beach or the center. In front of the apartment there are several free herringbone parking spaces (not guaranteed).

The 45 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift: therefore, it is necessary to climb 20 steps to access it.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction cooker, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and traditional oven
- Living area with sofa, split AC and 32” Smart TV with Amazon fire stick (NO ANTENNA)
- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split AC
- Toilet with toilet, bidet and shower box
- Balcony.

Further facilities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating by split, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

OTHER INFORMATION:
- The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in.
- Parking is not included, but outside the apartment there are free parking (NOT guaranteed) and there is a muncipal parking (for a fee) on the other side of the street in Largo Ciaia.

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The property is located in a well-served area with plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars and supermarkets. The pharmacy is located in the building in front of the property, as well as the bus stop and the Conad supermarket, which are in the same street.
The apartment is located 20 minutes (on foot) from the historic center of Bari, where you can spend wonderful evenings in the best and renowned clubs.

Not only does Bari capture tourists' eyes, but also their palate, with its street food and typical Apulian dishes: from "sgagliozze" to the fried "panzerotto", from raw fish (mussels, oysters, octopus) to puree broad beans, from Bari's raw ham to the famous "orecchiette" with turnip tops.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE RAILWAY STATION: the apartment is easily reachable in 6minutes on foot.
