Cozy apartment ideal for 3 people and equipped with all comforts including WIFI, air conditioning and two balconies. The accommodation is conveniently located, a 10-minute walk from the historic center, in an area equipped with every essential service for a comfortable stay, such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops. It is just a 2-minute walk from the University of Bari and 600 meters from the central station. Quintino Sella station, with connection to the airport, is 500 meters away.

The apartment of about 50 sqm is located on the first floor of a building without elevator: it is necessary to climb the stairs to access it.

The interior space is composed as follows:
- Kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, toaster and microwave
- Living room with dining table, sofa, 32 "TV and split A / C
- Bedroom with double bed, single bed, two wardrobes and chest of drawers
- Toilet with wc, bidet and bathtub with hand shower and shower curtain
- 2 balconies (three steps to access them).

The entrance door is equipped with a smart security lock with the use of a code, which will be provided at check-in.

Additional facilities available for the guests: Iliad Fibra UNLIMITED WIFI, heating via split, mosquito nets, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: in 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the historic center, an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all the points of interest, such as the renowned raw fish market. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 150 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the "Quintino Sella" station, 500m from the flat.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 7 minutes.

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. It is possible to park for a fee at the Gestipark Battisti car park, in Via Scipione Crisanzio 1 / B, a 3-minute walk from the flat.
