The flat is located in an excellent position, at the beginning of the bathing seafront and just 50m from Pane e Pomodoro beach, whose view can be enjoyed from the apartment. The area is full of bars and clubs, and well connected to the center, reachable in 10 minutes thanks to the shuttles which stop at 80m from the house. The Bari Parco Sud station, with connections to Polignano and Monopoli, is only 600m away!

The 108 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows:
- Eat-in kitchen equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and traditional oven; ceiling fan, dining table and 30 "TV
- Living room with sofa, split AC and 40 "smart TV
- Bedroom I with queen bed, split AC and wardrobe
- Bedroom II with queen bed, desk and wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet, bathtub and shower box
- Two balconies, one of which with veranda and the other (sea view) equipped with table and chairs x2

Additional facilities available for the guests: tear-off mosquito net in the living room, two portable fans, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be agreed directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: €25.00
- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00
- 24.00 - 01.30: €40.00.

Bari is a city that over the years has made the historic center a place of urban aggregation for young people and adults alike, thanks to the presence of trendy and sophisticated clubs as well as many attractions for tourists who love culture. There are many events and manifestations such as the San Nicola Fair in May, and, especially, the Levante Fair, an international exhibition, which takes place in September. The Fair aims at encouraging exchanges between the East and the West, of which Bari is traditionally the most important meeting point.
The apartment is located in an excellent position: 50 meters from Pane e Pomodoro beach, one of the most popular in Bari, and at the beginning of the bathing promenade. Thanks to the shuttle that stops 80 meters from the flat, you can reach the historic center and all points of interest in 10 minutes, such as the renowned raw fish market. With the Bari Porto Sud station, 8 minutes away on foot, it is possible to move to Polignano and Monopoli to reach their wonderful beaches. All the services needed for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: supermarkets, bars, pharmacies are in fact within 300 meters.

- FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the Bari Centrale station, and then the regional train towards Fasano with the last stop "Bari Marconi", 550 meters from the flat.

- FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment is easily reachable in 17 minutes by regional train towards Fasano or Putignano, last stop "Bari Marconi" at 550 meters from the flat.

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the apartment is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines.
Alternatively, you can park for free (NOT guaranteed) at the San Sabino church at 270 meters or for a fee at Garage 2, in Viale Imperatore Traiano 4/C, a 4-minute walk from the flat.
